I have been living here for more than 10 years so know my neighborhood very well. No kids and no pets in the house.
So if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet night, you can't find a better than my home.
This room has a TV but no cable. You can watch your own Netflix or Hulu on TV via Chromecast.

My neighborhood is so peaceful and friendly.
my home is surrounded by a variety of restaurants, offering a diverse range of cuisines. There are Italian restaurants, Mexican restaurants, and Asian restaurants, all within a short distance from my home.
Also, one of my neighbors is a retired police officer and he is patrolling to keep an eye on the neighborhood.

THE HOUSE RULES

Please confirm that you have read the house rules and that our amenities will meet your needs for your stay.
We aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that it has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules can not be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of canceling the booking penalty-free as we have a Strict Cancellation Policy. Thank you in advance, and I truly appreciate your cooperation!

- No animal is allowed.
- Please sit down when you use the toilet.
- No shoes in the house.
- Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. You must put headsets on to listen to music, meditation music, and sound after 10 pm.
- No additional guests are allowed because all rooms are single occupancy only.
- No visitor is allowed due to a liability issue.
- No smoking inside the house or within 25 feet away from the house.
- Never leave the microwave or stove unattended while cooking. The fire alarm is remotely monitored. If triggered, the Fire Department will automatically respond. They will bill you a $300 service charge if they are dispatched regardless of the situation.
- Close your room windows before you leave.
- Close windows before you turn the AC or heater on.
- Do not change the temperature settings. you are sharing with other guests, please speak with us about it first.
- There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
- PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.
- PARKING: Parking is provided on the driveway side by side. Our driveway is suitable for sedans or smaller SUVs. If larger/longer cars or if more than one car, you can park parallel in front of the house where the bushes are.
- Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guest's discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
- If you clog the toilet, you should fix it regardless of what you drop.
Tips: Take two squares of toilet paper and drop them into the toilet before your business.
- Please do not rearrange our furniture.
- If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, not party), please speak with us about it first.
- If guests are found to have a party without the host's permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- No 3rd party reservation. In other words, you can not give your reservation to anyone else.
- Late check-out will be charged the same as a one-night fee.
- If you have a feather allergy, please let us know before arriving. My son also has a feather allergy and dust allergy, so I have removed all feathers and carpet from the house.
- Lastly, because this is not a hotel, and is also my home when I stay in New York, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)

Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
