Ten to twenty minutes from most shopping needs, 40 minutes from Cleveland, 25 minutes from Akron. Large wooded lot (10+ acres), decent but not amazing Internet. Long driveway up the hill, through the trees and up to the house.

About the Area
Pastoral area between Medina and Wadsworth - lots of farms and single-family homes. Medina General is 10 minutes away, Akron General is 20-25 minutes. Lots of local parks, and the property itself is heavily wooded. Shopping in Medina, Wadsworth And then north to Strongsville or west to Fairlawn and beyond.

House Rules
Quiet time (let others choose to sleep if they like) are weekdays from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., weekends from 11:00 to 9:00. If everyone agrees, exceptions can certainly be made. Tidy up after yourself in the common areas, and rinse any dishes you use. I'll make sure everything gets washed and put away. Smoking only outside, moderate consumption of adult beverages, no illegal substances.
The expectation of everyone, myself included, is that we try to be considerate, helpful, tidy and nice. I fully expect a great experience, and so should you.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
