I live with my Husband, Safi and Pomeranian, "Gizmo" in a 2Bed/2Bath condo with rooftop pool. We enjoy beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets on the bay from the balcony. Our condo is conveniently located across from the beach, near restaurants, markets and shopping. Just 15 minutes to Lincoln Road and South Beach. For the past 3 years we have been hosting foreign students coming to Miami Beach English schools. We treat our guests like family and enjoy showing them the best parts of Miami.

About the Area
Our condo is conveniently located 25 min from the airport, 15 min to Lincoln Road and South Beach. There are bus stops across the street. We are walking distance to the beach, restaurants, market, and pharmacy. There is a park for exercise across the street and a free Trolley Bus service is available in the area. Also, if you would like me to pick you up from or drop you off at the airport, it's $35 each way.

House Rules
We ask that you respect and treat our home like it was your own and do not bring strangers back to our home. This is not a hotel and we do not provide cleaning service. It is your responsibility to keep your bedroom and bathroom neat and clean. There is a customary $25.00 cleaning fee in addition to your Room charges to clean and prepare the room for our next guest. If your stay is longer than a week, we will wash or provide clean linens for your bed weekly. Do not leave wet or dirty clothes or towels on the floor. You may use our kitchen to cook for yourself. You will be provided with your own pots, pans, dishes and silverware. You are responsible for your own cooking oil and spices. Be sure to clean up after yourself. Please do not cook after 10pm and keep noise down to a minimum between 11pm-9am. We will provide you with a light breakfast (cereal, oatmeal, or toast with jelly) including freshly ground organic coffee brewed every morning and orange juice. We enjoy cooking foods from different countries and cultures. If you would like to join us for dinner sometimes, you can do so for an additional fee of $10.00 per person.

Words are useless to describe my homestay and experience at Kelly and Safi's place. I found there not only the most caring and friendly people i have ever met maybe in my entire life, but a real family who welcomed me as a true member of their family. As for the house and the room it's like 5 stars hotel. Perfect the location, perfect, modern, super clean all. Your guest bathroom is always smelling good and shining.

Lovely friendly couple & adorable little dog. Clean, confortable home with awesome views & rooftop pool. Well situated on Miami beach near to bus & free trolley transportation. They have a great local understanding & appreciation for hip hotels, restaurants, culture, fun, sports, neighborhoods & shopping. Kelly showed me around the neighborhood & even spent some time with me seeing Miami from different visual perspectives. Informative & helpful about arranging itineraries & places to visit.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
