Our house is located in a safe and quite neighborhood in the middle of the city. 15 minutes for the beach, 10 minutes to FIU, 15 minutes to downtown, Blocks away from major highways, restaurants, shopping centers, malls and Bus stops. We have our Master bedroom available completely furnished to receive a guest. It has a private entry, private parking for 1 car, private bathroom. All utilities included also wifi in all the house. We are a family of 5 living at the house, we speak English and also Spanish. A student will be delighted to have access to our terrace to relax or study in a fresh outdoor environment.

Our house is located in a nice neighborhood. The airport is 10 minutes away, Downtown Miami 15 min away. 20 minutes to the beach. A few blocks away from major highways, shopping center, restaurants and Bus stops.

House Rules
We have a terrace just outside the room where you can rest, eat, smoke or just relax. The pool outside the room is also available to use at your own risk. We provide you with a set of keys for the outside private entrance and the room door. If the set of keys is lost, there's a fee of $35 to replace it. We expect you take care of all the furniture, accessories, appliances, blinds, draperies etc, included in the room. Smoking inside the room, pets, extreme noise, more than 1 car parked, extra overnight guests or any guests in general, is not permitted. Our place doesn't have handicap/wheelchair access. The air conditioned temperature is set at 74F during the day and 78F during the night for all the house. We cannot lower or increase it. If you are a very hot person, then please look for somewhere else. We are not liable for any injury, theft or accident inside or outside our property during your stay. By booking with us, you are agreeing to all our terms and conditions. All measurements for safety have been made so you shouldn't have any problem during your stay.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
