I reside at this home with my husband and my son, therefore, I will be sharing the premises with future guests. I will also be providing a light breakfast on a daily basis "Continental Breakfast" specifically.

About the Area
This is the perfect place for you to stop by on your way to Yosemite! Enjoy and relax in a very quite neighborhood with newer homes and established families. It is an extremely safe neighborhood and is commonly walked by neighbors in early morning and late into the evening and after dark. You will enjoy beautiful scenery overseeing golden valleys with giant windmills in the midst.
Our Town is still growing, because of this; we do not yet have shopping or transportation available. The nearest town is 6.3 miles away. The city of Tracy is where you will find the nearest shopping, entertainment and more.
I am available to transport my guest to the nearest bus station or train station if needed, complimentary.
If you need a ride anywhere else, i.e. airports, I am also available. Please inquire for availability and pricing. If you are traveling to Yosemite, this is one of the best places to stop for a wonderful night’s sleep.

Please be timely when checking in and checking out as time is needed to prepare the room for the next guest. Should you need to arrive early, please let me know ahead of time and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Please remove your shoes upon entering and leave them under the bench.
No smoking allowed. (I have asthma.) If you need to smoke, please go outside, that is fine.
Please do not bring guns on premises.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
