My apartment is right in the heart of midtown Manhattan. It features a private room with shared bath and kitchen. Convenient to famous NYC attractions, transportation and shops.
My home (yes I live there too in my own section) is a good size with a private bedroom for guests with a full sized bed, night stand with a drawer and shelves, a small desk and chair for working, plenty of closet space and an ottoman for sitting as well as for additional storage. There is 1 shared bathroom in the apartment and guests are free to use the sitting area as well. The kitchen is also available to guests. Feel free to use it for storing or preparing vegan foods only. Please - no animal-based items (i.e. no animal flesh, dairy, eggs, honey) in the kitchen or in the apartment. $80 a night. $500 a week. $1800 for 1 month.

House Rules
Full payment for your stay is due upon first arrival (cash or check). My place is quiet with no animals living on the premises. Guests are free to come and go as they please. My only rules are: No smokers/vapers, no alcohol drinkers or other recreational drug users. Please remove shoes upon entering the apartment. Please wash dishes and clean up as soon as you are done using the kitchen. And of course no animal flesh, eggs or dairy in my place. at any time.

David is a very nice host. The appartement is very central in Manhatten downtown, near WTC, Wallstreet, Soho. With Subway you need 15 minutes to Penstation and 15 Minutes to Brooklyn. Don't forget to do a nice walk along the Hudson River.... reachable on foot in only 1 Minute. I come back David for coming saison NYC Fashion Week. Your silverfox model from switzerland. Marc-Oliver
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
