I live in a spacious 2-bedroom loft in Chelsea in Manhattan (NYC). One of those bedrooms is mine. The other is for a renter. It is not available to rent in its entirety except under special arrangement with me.

About the Area
The loft is in a former piano factory called "The Piano Building," located in the CHELSEA district of MANHATTAN, NYC.
It is between 6th and 7th Avenues (but a lot closer to 6th), on the north side of 23rd Street, with the door to the left of the deli. If you take a train or hit rush-hour traffic, it can take an hour to get here from JFK. If you take a taxi, it can be 20 minutes.
I am located on a street where EVERY train line stops, and there is a bus stop in front of the door, allowing you to get wherever you want to go quickly and conveniently in the NYC area. My door is about 30 feet from the downtown F/M stop.
I am near Madison Square Park, the Flatiron Building and Eataly, the High Line, several museums, cafes, trendy restaurants, shopping (Burlington Coat Factory, Best Buy, Home Depot, etc.) and much more!

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Coffee is provided for free, as is 21-grain toast and cereal. You can use the fridge for whatever else you require food-wise.

* Please maintain peace and quiet after 10 pm, and do not party here unless you have cleared it with me first. Respect my neighbors!
* You will be free to come and go as you please. You don't have to clear that with me.
* If you want to leave dishes in the sink, please make sure they are thoroughly rinsed and soaking.
* Please use the squeegee on the walls and curtain in the shower after use, and clean out the hair on the drain. Do not flush anything down the toilet--except hair, TP, etc., which is OK.
* Please turn off all lights in your room when you go out.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
