Welcome to my cozy, quiet and SMOKE-FREE home. This clean modern two-story attached townhome is spacious and has 3 bedrooms with 3.5 baths. Only 2 of the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are available for guest stays.
First floor

NOTE: I do live inside my house but upstairs during guests stays. Half of the time, I'm away. But if you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate conversing with me in person or by phone.
PLEASE NOTE: All my beds have firm mattresses. But if there's an issue, then a good suggestion would be to check into a more suitable place to stay which meets your comfort.
Please, no hair coloring in my home. I would like to keep my guests happy with clean beautiful white towels and bed linen.
Erratic behavior and underage drinking are NOT tolerated in my home. If such issues arises then your stay will be terminated. I'm looking forward to my guests feeling comfortable and enjoying their stay. See you SOON!

About the Area
My house is located to the west of the city of Orlando in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the 408 Turnpike and the 429 Turnpike. Friendly, diverse neighborhood close to the grocery and shopping centers, West Oak Mall, gas stations and a hospital. Nearby bike/walking trail. Downtown Orlando is approximately 15-20 minutes. Disney World, Sea World and other tourist attractions are approximately 20-25 minutes away depending on traffic. Daytona and Cocoa beaches are both approximately an hour fifteen minutes away. Lynx bus public transportation as well as Uber or Lyft are available.

House Rules
The garage as well as the upstairs living area is my private domain. You may use my laundry room which is upstairs. Outdoors excess for smokers. No children are allowed due to a risk of property damage. NO PETS ALLOWED.

I stayed with Serena just under 1 month. She was a fantastic host. We became fast friends. She has a beautiful, clean and quiet home. Always attentive to your needs. Her home is nice and affordable. If visiting central Florida this is a place to consider.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
