Small one bedroom with twin bed and desk in a small 4-bedroom 2-bath single-story home, minutes from the UMaine campus, downtown Orono, and downtown Old Town. Located right next to a beautiful bike path leading to campus. Lots of local breweries to try out! 10-15 minutes from Bangor. Off-street parking available.

House Rules
NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.
NO PETS. I can make exceptions on occasion, but there will be a $20 pet fee.
PLEASE RESPECT CHECK-IN WINDOW. I am fine with late check-ins, just let me know your ETA. Thanks!
If it is too hot or too cold, please let me know immediately. I can turn the heat up. I can turn it down. I can close the vent to your room or provide you with extra blankets or a fan or turn up the AC. Just let me know please. I want you to be comfortable.
If you need a hairdryer, please ask and I can get it for you. It is shared between rooms.
Please ask before digging through the kitchen cabinets or using kitchen supplies (outside of the ones provided in the guest breakfast nook).
Top shelf in fridge is reserved for guests. Feel free to place your perishable foods there. Freezer is usually full (my apologies), do your best to wiggle in your ice packs and frozen goods.
Guest breakfast nook is located in the dining room. There is a little sign with up-to-date info about baked goods that might be there or other relevant information.
I am typically very happy to share food that I cook with guests. If you happen to like the smell of what I'm cooking, please don't hesitate to ask for some!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
