House Rules
- Property has a Dog in Residence. Host is a Full Time Resident. We are UNABLE to welcome pets. Our dog LOVES people - but he doesn't get along with other animals. NO EXCEPTIONS. It would break my heart if my doggo ate your fur-baby!
- A waiver is required to use gym equipment. Proper use of safety bars and features is required - Please ask if you are unsure! We have a 35 lb Kettle Bell, 65lb Kettle Bell, Adjustable Dumbbell, A full set of resistance bands from 5lb to 80+ lbs, and a 1.9" specialty rogue barbell. We have a set of 350lb Custom Fabricated Weight Plates and a Custom Built Wood 4x4 Power Rack with Pin and Pipe Safeties as shown in the listing photos.
- All home amenities including the Kitchen(Gas Stove, Microwave, Toaster, Crock Pot, Vitamix, Dehydrator, Utensils, Dishes), Laundry, Home Gym, Pool, Television, Xbox, Blu-Ray, DVD, and Sound system are available for use by guests. As the above amenities are shared by all guests, It is requested that guests return any equipment / space / amenity to its original state and / or level of cleanliness as a courtesy to the next guest prior to vacating the space. If this request is consistently ignored, the host reserves the right to terminate your reservation without penalty at their sole discretion.
- Use of the Entertainment System (Bluray, Xbox One, Amazon Video, Netflix etc.)and Sound System are subject to Common Courtesy. If another guest requests that the volume be turned down, it is expected that you shall comply. A connection for Headphones is provided via the Xbox One Controller to allow for a private listening experience.
- The Front Entry Door, Rear Entry Door, and Sliding Patio Door are to be kept locked at all times for the security of Guests Personal Belongings. Exceptions include: Guests actively loading and unloading their cars, Guests may leave the Back Patio Door unlocked while in the back yard or patio. Otherwise, Please be sure to lock the doors behind you as you depart and / or arrive at the property as follows:
Upon Arrival: Lock the Front Entry door behind you.
Upon Departure: Check the Sliding Patio Door to ensure its locked. Lock the Front Patio Door behind you as you leave.
- Smoking is NOT Permitted Indoors. An Ash Tray is provided on the back patio. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground and / or in the yard and / or over the fence. Arizona is an arid state! Arizona brush is HIGHLY FLAMMABLE.
- Please keep the laundry room door closed at all times. Our Dog will get into the trash if it is left open.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
