Welcome to sunny Arizona! My name is Val and I have a 2 story home in Anthem, AZ and would like to meet a professional Christian woman who is interested in renting a room from me. The bedroom is upstairs, with 2 other bedrooms, laundry and a loft. Your private bathroom is just outside the room, with a shower and tub. The room has an adorable shabby chic full size bed and dresser. There is a TV on the wall as well if interested.
The household consists of myself and my almost 18 year old daughter, a rescue dog (lab mix) and a cat (stays in my master room most of the time.) We are both working individuals, very active and enjoy attending church and serve on the weekends. My daughter is attending a local University this Fall (commuter) and I work close by and remote once a week.
We have a cozy family room with reclining leather couches and is adjacent to the kitchen so you can see the television while making dinner. We listen to music a lot too while we are cooking.
The house is within walking distance to the high school, restaurants, shopping and last but not least, a beautiful park with lots of grass, trees and 2 small fishing lakes! If you're the outdoorsy type, you will fit right in. We ride bicycles, hike and paddle board nearby and are welcome to join us!
The house has a nice size backyard with a covered patio, garage and driveway that we would share. The neighborhood and Anthem in general is very safe and near a new hospital (HonorHealth Sonoran) is about 5 miles away.
The room is available immediately after interview and administration process. Includes utilities but will need to provide a security deposit and references. Owner has right to refuse service and or limit applicants based off screening process. Paypal, zelle and cash accepted. Initial set up has a credit check fee and a small security deposit is required.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
