Located in southeast Portland between Hawthorne and Division, we are walkable to some of the city’s best restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, bars, shopping and the iconic Portland food carts. The space
Our guest suite is newly furnished and ready to host you!
Snuggle up in the cozy living room and enjoy the smart TV or board games, or if you choose to work, an uplift desk and stool are available.
Our kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee, plates, dishes, cups, glasses and silverware.
Enjoy a good nights sleep in the tranquil bedroom with a plush queen bed, room-darkening blinds, white noise machine and access to the back patio.
Air conditioning/heating is available in both the living room and bedroom.
You will have the convenience and privacy of coming and going as you please with a secure keyless entry (code provided at check-in time).

About the Area
We are located in the Hosford-Abernethy neighborhood on the border of Ladd's Addition. Ladd's is the oldest planned residential development, and one of the oldest in the western US. It is known for its unique diagonal street pattern, vs the surrounding rectilinear grids. Take a stroll around the neighborhood and check out the beautiful historical architecture and large American Elm Trees. In the center of Ladd's Addition is a beautiful rose Garden, surrounded by 4 smaller rose gardens which are kept up by the local community.
The property is nestled between Hawthorne and Southeast Division with easy walkable access to tons of great restaurants, bars, breweries, shopping and entertainment. We are just a 5 minute drive to downtown Portland. Check out our guide book for some of our favorite spots.

Lyfts and Ubers are always available in this area.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
