Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable spaces, including a bedroom and bathroom, and a beautiful outdoor space, less than 5 miles from downtown. Free parking. Google fiber. Walkable neighborhood with access to the greenway. Easy to get anywhere!
The living room, bathroom, eat-in area, and outdoor living room are shared spaces. Coffee and a shelf in the fridge are available. Separate closet and dresser.
Two hypoallergenic dogs live in the home, but do not frequent the space.
Convention Center, Red Hat Amphitheater, Walnut Creek Ampitheter, and Museums within 10 minutes. Eateries and nightlife are closer!

About the Area
Our house is located just east of downtown Raleigh, in a quiet neighborhood. The state capital building, commercial district and mass transit stations are less than 10 minutes away by car. Bus service is available with a stop about a block away. Greenway access is three houses away, and can be used to reach a shopping center with restaurants, a cafe, bottle shop, co-working space and more. A bike is available to make it easy!

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
- No unregistered guests.
- No smoking or vaping.
- Do not tamper with the security system, smoke, or carbon monoxide detectors.
- No pets, please advise of service animals when booking (we have pets in the home that may need to be moved).
- Report damages immediately.
- Leave muddy & dirty shoes & bikes outside.
- Do not let dogs out the front door.
- Cooking space is not shared space, and laundry is not available on-site. Fridge space is available!
- Close all windows and doors each time you leave.
- Children are welcome, but need to be supervised. No portable crib or highchair are available.
- Check for your valuables & chargers at check-out, and leave all household items that you may have borrowed.
- Checkout time is 10 a.m. and cleaners start shortly after, if guests are not out by then (and did not make arrangements prior to check-in), then a $40 late check-out fee will apply.
- Early check's often available upon request for a fee.
Payment is required to hold the room. For stays of more than three nights, contact the host for deposit information. For three nights or fewer, made five or more days in advance, full refunds are available within 24 hours of booking. For three nights or fewer, made between five and two days in advance, full refunds are available within 6 hours of booking. For three nights or fewer, made less than two days in advance, no refunds are available.
** City Ordinances Require: No loud noises from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m., no parties, or gatherings at short-term rentals.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
