I am a down to Earth mixture of entrepreneur and homemaker! I'm a recent widow that was married 33 years to a wonderful man. I like a clean house and invite/encourage my guests to join me in keeping it that way during their stay with me (There are no maids or housekeepers here! LOL).
I love to have fun and I invite my guests to join me. I love swimming, walking, hiking (more than just walking), bike riding, dancing, rock climbing and playing cards! I even enjoy a good television show when time allows.

My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the coziness, the views, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with teenagers). I have five bedrooms with four bedrooms available for AirBnB Guests. My home is equipped with surveillance cameras and an alarm system.

House Rules
The host is allergic to cigarette smoking, therefore, this is a SMOKE-FREE home. No smoking means DO NOT SMOKE AT OR NEAR the home! And DO NOT bring cigarettes or smoking related materials into the home! If cigarette smoke is smelled, the guest responsible may be asked to vacate the premises.
Mature and responsible children (ages 12 years old and up) are welcome here.
There are hardwood floors throughout the home therefore stiletto heels are not recommended. Skinny dipping is allowed only at night. Swimming gear is needed at all other times.
Be Respectful kind and courteous as we have a non-smoking estate. Each room has a desk. If you must put your luggage on something, that would be the spot. Please don't put the luggage on the bed.

Carmen was a absolutely a wonderful host. This was my first time trying this type of venue and I was nervous. Her home is beautiful and she mad you fell at home and looked after you. I highly recommend if your looking for a place in her area book it you Wil be glad you did. I only wish I had more time to get to know them better
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
