About the Homestay
I am a single mom who has a 19 year old son who attends college classes, studying Info. Technology. I am born and raised in NYC. I love the theatre, arts, walking around the city and traveling. My son has the same interest. He attended High School in Manhattan. We live in Queens, which is a short train ride into Manhattan. Walking area. Great shops and restaurants, as well as parks. My apartment is huge. I have 1 1/2 bathrooms, and two bedrooms, plus a dining room which can be converted back into my 3rd bedroom. Very airy and beautifully decorated home. I love to cook and bake. My home will be your home, but you must respect my house rules and boundaries.

Dana and Caleb are each one those rare human being that exude warmth, kindness, and respect to all they meet. They are two wonderful people and I am so happy I had the opportunity to meet and get to know them. This was an exceptionally good homestay because they made me feel like I was at home. I was very lucky to find them and would absolutely stay here again. Ten hearts! (Just wait for the berry pancakes!)
Dana is an amazing host. I felt at home in Dana's apartment. It's quiet, clean, and calm. Dana was very kind to me, providing her assistance and support, and most importantly (!), sharing her coffee with me. :) The building is very close to a train station and a bus station, where you can take a bus straight to La Guardia airport. It was my first time on Homestay, and I am happy it was really good.
Dana and Caleb were amazing! I enjoyed my time there! Highly recommended
