I live in Rockville, MD 20850.
My home is a 3 level townhouse which has 4 bed, 3.5 bath, 2194 sq. ft.
This townhouse has hardwood floors on the main and upper level, with the kitchen area large enough for a table and six chairs.
There is a screened-in porch off of the living room on the main level, which overlooks the backyard.
On the upper level, each of the bedrooms is large enough for a bed and bedroom furniture and each has ample closet space.
There is a porch off of the master bedroom that like the screened-in porch on the main level also overlooks the backyard.
There is a fourth bedroom on the lower level, as well as a small recreation room, and a full bathroom.
The stacked washer and dryer faces the wash basin in a small room in the basement.

About the Area
Our house is located on the north of the DC in a quite and safe suburb. We are located just 0.5 miles to I-270 exit 6, 2.3 miles to Rockville metro station and only 30 minutes drive to Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). Near the Rockville Town Center, ICC, Rio, Kentlands, Crown, NIST and Mediummune. Near to Shady Grove Hospital, University of Maryland at Shady Grove, Johns Hopkins University at Shady Grove, and NCI Shady Grove campus with shuttle bus connection to NIH main campus. Walk 1 minute to the community pool, tennis courts. Walk to grocery store and with 5 bus lines (RideOn Bus Route 45, 56, 301, 54, 63). Ride on Bus Route 45 goes directly to Rockville City Hall and red line Metro. Route 56 directly to Lake forest Mall and Rockville MARC. Bus stops are located at south and north entrance of neighborhood. Walking 1 minute to community free swimming pool and tennis courts. Verizon FiOS 50M/50M INTERNET wifi covered the whole house.
The high school assigned to my house is Thomas S. Wootton High School which is one of the largest and best high schools in Montgomery County, Maryland.
This school ave twice been rated a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence and more recently have been consistently included among the Washington Post's Top 100 High Schools in the US.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
