Hi, I live in a quite condominium. I am a working professional with one adult child living away from home. I have four floors of living space. Homestay guests are welcome to enjoy the full luxury of my home. I enjoy cooking, watching movies, listening to music and quite time (reading). I do not rent to men. Women only. I look forward to a new experience and meeting new people. Welcome!

My house is located in Roslindale centrally located near shopping areas, buses, restaurants and Franklin Park and Arnold Arboretum. A train ride from Forest Hills to Downtown Crossing will take only 30 minutes.

Renee was a wonderful host! The price of the stay was quite reasonable and was well worth it! Renee's home is clean, welcoming, and conveniently located near major roads and public transit. As a host, Renee is very busy, but definitely takes time to purchase guests' preferred breakfast items and to chat with guests when she has the opportunity. In other words, she is the perfect balance of attentive and respectful of when guests need space/autonomy. I would definitely stay with her again and highly recommend her to travelers on a budget heading to Boston!
It was amazing! I felt very good there, the house is very nice, large and the room very comfortable. Renee is a super friendly person, helps you with the doubts, very cheerful and at the same time leaves you with your privacy. I felt at home! if I had to go back to Boston I would definitely stay there again!

La casa carina e grande , non vicina ai negozi ed al centro del paese, ma vicina alla fermata dell'autobus; per arrivare in centro Boston si deve prendere un autobus (n.30 oppure n.32) e la metropolitana (linea orange) -circa 40 minuti ; la casa non troppo pulita ed ordinata ma tutto sommato ok!

I really felt home from the first minute we met. I came with the train from the airport at night, it was raining and I called Renee to inform her about my arrival. She didn't hesitate and picked me up from the station like friends do. I had a big comfortable bed and my own bath and was welcome to feel home. It's also an easy way with the public transportation to get downtown. Thanks to Renee for my experience! All the best, Nicole
How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
