I am Brian, a widower and a real estate agent - I'm the Director of Sales Operations for the western US. I attended American River College and took courses in Arrest Search and Seizure and EMT Certification. I value education and the opportunities offered by the school. My partner Heather is a life coach, yoga instructor, and meditation practitioner. After my late wife's passing, we joined forces to help others heal and grow. We live in a Streng Brothers Mid-Century HOA near American River College and Gibbons Park, which has a 3-acre gated park with swimming pools and basketball courts. We have two fully furnished rooms for rent and offer a quiet, clean, and safe environment for students. We cook meals at home and welcome our housemates to join us. We are eager to host and provide a comfortable place for them to study and relax. Additionally, we enjoy exploring California and visiting the coast, mountains, and state parks, making this home ideal for anyone abroad looking to learn and discover.

House Rules

Dear Tenants,

We are happy to welcome you to your new home and hope you have a peaceful and fulfilling stay. As mindful, outdoors, and yoga-teaching landlords, we have a few rules in place to ensure a harmonious and sustainable living environment for all residents and animals.

Animal Care: Please ensure that all animals are kept inside and do not escape. We love our furry friends and want to keep them safe.
Energy Conservation: Please turn off all lights when not in use. We care about the planet and want to reduce our carbon footprint.
Hot Tub Etiquette: Before using the hot tub, please rinse off to avoid contaminating the water. After each use, please add shock to the tub to maintain its cleanliness and prevent the growth of bacteria.
Laundry: Please clean out the lint trap in the dryer after each use to prevent fire hazards.
Quiet Hours: Please use headphones when listening to music or watching TV at night to avoid disturbing others.
Cleanliness: Please clean up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom to keep the shared spaces tidy. If you break anything, you are responsible for repairing or replacing it.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property except for on the street.
Drugs and Alcohol: The use of drugs and alcohol is strictly prohibited in the property.
Dog Feeding: Please do not feed the dogs people food as it can upset their digestive system and cause health problems.
Thank you for respecting these rules and making this a wonderful community. We hope you have a great stay!

Warm Regards,
Brian and Heather
