Seeking 1 person to rent for $900/mo in 2B2B 1400 sq ft house in Millcreek near I215 and I80 highway. You will get your own private bedroom, and bathroom and will share an office( I don't use, but might need to grab/ store some items sometimes ), kitchen and living room with me and 2 pups. The east Millcreek location gives you great access to the canyons, freeways and everywhere. To the U Medicine School is about 20 mins through I215 or local traffic, 15 mins to canyons. The room is furnished. Laundry is located on the property.
Prefer who would like to study/have quiet evenings, keep the bathroom & kitchen clean and need short stay.
Rent is $900/month and includes all utilities and internet. Renter insurance is preferred.
Must be a pets’ lover. No more pets. No smoking, drug or overnight guest.
First month and security deposit upfront.
Refundable security deposit is $750, cleaning fee $50.

Nestled right at the base of the Wasatch Mountains, Millcreek is something of an outdoor-gear mecca. Not only can you shop for gear in this neighborhood, you can climb at a state of the art gym, hike with your dog and fine dine in the canyon.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
