This centrally located townhome lies within-in a green, peaceful, safe and desirable neighborhood in San Antonio, TX, with the Methodist Hospital of Stone Oak located at 4.8 miles distance, and many options in restaurants, grocery shopping, gas station, and main highways with-in less than 1/4 mile radius.
A brand new king mattress has been purchased for the master bedroom and 2 brand new XL twin mattresses have been placed in bedroom #2. The 12 twin mattresses can be placed together ( with a bridge) to become a king size bed if desired. Master has a walk-in closet, shower and laundry is also walk-in.
A new air-fryer stove, new microwave and new sofa-bed sleeper with a queen bed in the TV room is available for guests. TV room has a brand new 65 smart TV with Alexa, Roku and Netflix included.
This fully-furnished town has been created with love and care to ensure you are in a comfortable, home-like environment hoping not wanting to leave anytime soon. HOA, water, light, and internet services are included with the rent.
Small dogs and/or cats are welcome.

Our townhome is centrally located in a safe and quiet neighborhood surrounded by green areas. Hospitals, schools, stores are all within 5-10 minute drive. We are within the North East school district, 2.5 miles from 281 highway; one of the mayor highways.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
