Greetings! I'm Michelle, and I have a room available in my home that I share with my Brother David and his wife Bobbi. We live in a great house on a quiet cul de sac in a Southeast suburb of San Diego, in the Spring Valley area. We also share the house with one well behaved but playful German Shepherd and two cats. It is a clean, spacious 3 bedroom home with a large and well equipped kitchen/dining area, and a beautiful backyard that includes an outdoor dining patio,BBQ, jacuzzi (Winter months only due to drought) , and pool table. The room is fully furnished with a desk, tv, dvd player, wi-fi and twin sized bed, it has ample closet space with built in shelving. The shared bathroom is directly across the hall. Our house very close to freeways and public transportation, and we are within a thirty minute drive to Downtown San Diego and most beaches and attractions.

About the Area
Our Home is located just South east of San Diego, on a quiet Cul De Sac. We are About a 20 minute drive to the airport and Downtown, and about 30 min drive to the beaches. There is bus route access directly at the end of our street, about a 2 min walk from our house, which also connects to the trolley for convenient transportation throughout San Diego. Grocery store, banks, and food places are within walking distance.

House Rules
We are a relatively quiet household, and request that there be no overnight guests, or loud music played. Smoking is permitted outside only. Excessive drinking or drugs will not be tolerated. The room is intended for single occupancy, but I will accommodate 2 people (cozy fit) for an extra $8/night

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
