Hello there! My name is Denise and it is nice to meet you. I have lived in San Francisco for many years and truly consider it my hometown at this point in my life. This one-bedroom suite has new floors, fresh paint and stylish bathroom with stall shower.The space is in a quiet neighborhood, restaurants and cafes nearby.
I like to cook, travel, and enjoy what life offers in my spare time. I am quiet and you will probably not hear or see me much unless you need anything or have a question about the room. I hope you enjoy my cozy space in SF!

Our house is located near Geneva street by Mission street, near Bus #14,23,43, and Balboa BART and highway 280, K-Car and M-Car line as well.

House Rules
ARE A GUEST IN OUR HOME
1. Our home goes "quiet/to bed" at 11PM Monday through
Friday nights and 12 AM (midnight)on Friday and Saturday
nights.
2. California is in a drought (water is used sparingly). We adhere
to the 10 minute shower rule and expect the same from you.
Please do not use the bathroom for longer than 20 minutes at
one time.
3. If you need/want clothing washed, I am more than happy to share
washer/dryer, Otherwise, there is a
laundromat down at the Mission st.
4. No friends or guests of yours may come to sleep overnight
without our express (asked) permission. It shall be less than 3 nights otherwise it will be charged accordingly.
5. No pet and no smoking.
please be sure to empty your garbage can.
6. Please clean and mop your room once a week.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
