The detached house is located in South San Jose, with a quiet, safe environment and friendly neighbors.
I have three rooms, two bathrooms for guests who need it:
A master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and a separate toilet bathroom, providing bedding, toiletries (such as soap, shower gel, shampoo), wardrobe, desk, lamp, for two people;
A room with a single bed, bedding, toiletries (such as soap, shower gel, shampoo), wardrobe, desk, lamp, need to share toilet bathroom;
A small room with a single bed, bedding, wardrobe, toiletries (soap, shower gel, shampoo), desk, lamp, bathroom with shared toilet.
Tenants can share the yard, living room, and kitchen. The kitchen provides kitchenware, dishwasher, microwave oven, and oven. They hope to cook less. Wifi is provided, water and electricity are all included, but there is no TV.
Tenants are required to have at least two vaccinations, wear a mask when going out, no smoking and no pets.
During the epidemic, the epidemic prevention measures at home were in place, there were disinfection supplies, the room was well ventilated, and alcohol was sprayed every day.
The owner is female, single, speaks Chinese and simple English, likes drama and painting, is kind, cheerful, and helpful. I hope the tenants can spend every day happily in my house.

About the Area
My house is located in South San Jose, an 8-minute drive from the city center, a 10-minute walk from the bus station and train station, a 15-minute drive from San Jose Airport, a 3-minute drive from the entrance of Highway 85 and 87, and shopping Convenient, there are American supermarkets and Chinese supermarkets around, within a few minutes, there are also large shopping centers and Costco, 5 or 6 minutes by car, and there is a large forest park nearby for running and walking.

House Rules
No smoking and no pets. Tenants are required to have at least two vaccinations and have the habit of wearing masks when going out.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
