1 bedroom in a house in Scottsdale! Yard is filled with amenities, great for entertainment. Pool table inside, as well as full kitchen. Close to all the major attractions in Phoenix area, within a drive to Sedona or Grand Canyon to do a day trip. Queen sized bed in the room with a TV. Any other questions, just ask :).

House located in Scottsdale, a charming city. However, we were very disappointed with the accommodation. The owner took no notice of our arrival. The bathroom was dirty (bathtub, sink, floor), the toilet very dirty, the room, although spacious was dusty and smelled musty and the pool not maintained, in the same state as the bathroom. A minimal and impersonal communication, without warmth. In short, a commercial transaction, no more and no less, for the owner.

Armelle, to say I took no notice of your arrival is false, we WhatsApp messaged the whole time from when you landed at the airport until when you parked in the driveway and I met you outside. I gave you the full house tour immediately upon your arrival. Check your WhatsApp message history, you may have forgot. In addition, the bathroom, bedroom, and pool were clean, you were my first Homestay guest so to think I would not clean it is crazy. The pool filter is on a daily timer as well. I also checked on you and your husband multiple times via WhatsApp during your stay to see how things were and you said everything was great (again - refer to your WhatsApp messages history). You came here with your husband and stayed at my home for $80 total per night, a fantastic rate for 2 people. I even gave you advice on places to visit during your stay and local tips. To create a false review like this when you paid so little for an accommodation is very surprising and disrespectful.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
