Furnished first floor private 650 sq. feet apartment nestled in a quiet neighborhood on Galveston Bay with private pier, hike and bike trails and nature park near Space Center Houston and the Kemah Boardwalk. Walk to the bay, fish on the pier and watch shore birds dive for a snack. My husband and I are long time residents of Seabrook. I am known for my photography of the area and I have written books on the history of Seabrook and the Clear Lake Area. I own a retail gallery and picture framing store in the area. We will kindly direct you to the known and unknown sites in the area and are available most days to answer your questions.

About the Area
Quiet waterfront neighborhood is nestled on a scenic wooded section of Galveston Bay. It is safe for walking, biking and bird watching. We are located on the Texas Gulf Coast Birding Trail. Families and long-time residents call our neighborhood home. Galveston Bay/Clear Lake is a great recreational area. You can rent boats, kayaks, jet skis or fish from the end of a dock. The NASA Space Center is about a 15 minute drive, Kemah Boardwalk is a 5 minute drive and we are half-way between Galveston Island and Houston with a about a 35-40 minute drive each way. Experience fresh Gulf Coast Seafood, cooked or uncooked in Seabrook's famous home-owned restaurants and seafood markets.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
