By arrangement, we can organise tour Excursions to New York City, Philadelphia, Altantic City, Washington DC, Maryland, Visit Museums, snow down hill or cross country ski resorts, restaurants, stadiums, concert halls, Broadway plays, zoos, amusement parks, casinos, malls, nightclubs, historical monuments, etc.. Pick up and Delivery to Airports.
Enjoy hiking, biking, camping, water sports, beach, surfing, bird watching in the local natural preserve, deep sea fishing, off the shore fishing, crabbing, jogging on the beach or boardwalk, sailing, ferry rides, depending on the season.
Baseball field, tennis court, basketball court, and 2 docks just 4 blocks away.

If you like, by arrangement you can take courses in English and Business in our home or in a conference center in New York City with a Top Corporate Trainer who has taught for Almost All Major Corporations and On Line Universities. I have Students all around the world. After the class we all go out to dinner or see a show or tourist attraction.

Our seasons are Summer; June through August, Fall is September through October or November. Winter is December through March. We usually get snow in December through February with an occasional snowfall as late as April. Spring is April through June. Peak season is July and August when we rent weekly. All other times we rent monthly. Be sure to bring the correct clothes for the season. Since we are on an island on the ocean bring warmer cloths than usual for the winter and for the summer. Ocean breezes will make the shoreline cooler than inland.

We offer shuttle service to the bus stop which is 30 minutes away during Sept 1 through June 15 and 3 blocks away from June 15 through August 31st. We offer shuttle service to and from the airport all year long. We offer shuttle service to the train which is 30 minutes away. We also offer tour excursions where we can take you directly to restaurants, amusement parks, water parks, casinos, botanical gardens, stadiums, concert halls, snow ski resorts, Broadway shows, ferries, Nightclubs, Malls, zoos, historical sites, and all the other sites in New York City, Philadelphia, Maryland, Atlantic City, Washington DC. You can watch High Speed Boat Racers, Marathon Runners, and Fisherman compete right from your chair on the porch or sun deck!

House Rules
No Smoking, No Pets, No Parties, Children OK if accompanied with an adult. Minimum stay 30 days max 60 days from Sept 1 through June 15. Weekly stays June 15 through August 31. Minimum 6 people in a group. If you do not have enough people in your group then we will see if we have another group to meet the minimum. Maximum is 26 people. Advance Reservations a must.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
