Looking for a serious female individual only who is looking for a quiet, clean and peaceful space. When responding to the ad, please include: Your age, profession, lifestyle, reason for moving. Must be able to pass background check.
- This nice single bedroom furnished with bed, desk and an armoire in a house in Shoreline, . House is clean, shared bathroom, kitchen and living room with 1 respectful roommate. Off-street parking is available for 1 vehicle. Plus, quiet neighborhood.
- The main kitchen, laundry/dryer (BYO detergents) living room, bathroom and dining areas are shared with one roommate.
- Very convenient location**. Close to Shoreline Community College, 3 mins to I-5, close to grocery stores, gas station and other restaurants, 10 mins to North Seattle College, 16 mins to UW Bothell, 3-4 mins walking distance to Bus transportation and 20 mins drive to downtown Seattle!

- 3-month lease minimum rent $875/month or 1-year lease rent $835/ month
*Rent $875/month INCLUDES furnished house, garbage, gas, and high-speed Wi-Fi and DOES NOT include electricity and water. They will be split between you and one roommate.
TERMS TO MOVE IN:
1. Price $875 per month including all Utilities, WIFI
2. Required: First month + Last month + deposit security ($300). if there is no damage to the house and no professional special cleaning needed, the deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the lease) and Background check is required ($50 fee).

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
