Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Please be considerate of other tenants keep noise levels to a minimum. Quiet time is 8PM
No company or anyone staying the night unless previously discussed.
Minors should not be left alone. And should not cook unattended.
Please be mindful of the use of all utilities . Utilities are included in rent but that is subject to change if I feel that privilege is being abused.
Make arrangements for mail to be sent elsewhere.
Clean up after yourself in all areas especially common areas.
If you break it you buy it. No exceptions. And it must be done immediately.
You are responsible for your own toiletries including detergent and bleach.
Don’t flush tampons, pads, wipes, excessive amounts of toilet paper, food and or anything else out of the ordinary.
Trash is picked up on Monday. Clean your items from the refrigerator on Sunday. Or sooner if they are rotting.
Don’t touch the thermostat. Let me know if you are uncomfortable.
Enjoy your meals in the dining room.
Wash clothes once a week and preferably during the day.
If the washing machine requires itself to be cleaned please start the cycle with bleach, vinegar and detergent. Clean lint screen every time before drying your clothes.
Hand wash pots, pans and large Tupperware.
Don’t put wet dishes in the cabinet or drawers.
Clear dishwasher when dishes are clean and put items in there proper place.
Don’t bring unnecessary attention to the house. (Police, upset people, loitering, trash outside, etc….)
Cars should be parked in front of the house but not in front of the mail box on any given day or the trash cans on Monday.
Please give a thirty (30) day notice for move out.
If a problem arises that can’t be solved (ie. rent not being paid, blatant disrespect, theft, destruction of property you will be asked to leave immediately. I will not seek help from the judicial system. You came in peace and I expect you to leave in peace.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
