Two spaces are currently available, one on ground level with a queen-sized bed, and one upstairs with a twin bed. Both have a dry kitchenette, but the one upstairs is bigger. You may also use the full kitchen and laundry if desired. We cook at home most of the time, and you're welcome to eat some of that food and take leftovers to work. The bathroom is shared, and I keep it stocked with products.
There is off-street parking and a large yard with a pool, grill, picnic table, garden beds, and bikes. The house is a block from one hospital and a short drive to several others. We have high-speed internet (I live on Zoom for my business), Netflix, Paramount, and Disney+. You'll also find a billiards/ping-pong table, musical instruments, a treadmill, resistance bands, and free weights.
A bit of Spanish, Navajo, and sign language are used here. My sons live with me. They are 21 and 15 ( the eldest is a 3rd-shift worker; the youngest is a homeschooler) and both are on the autism spectrum. We have guinea pigs and a laid-back dog (Carolina/Yellow dog) named Suzie, and the boys' father visits a couple of days a week during the day.
The house has exterior security cameras on both driveways, just in case, and someone is on-site 24/7. Quiet dogs are welcome (sorry, we can't allow cats). Pet care/sitting is available for an additional $50/week. If you have any questions, please let me know.

About the Area
Our house is a block from one hospital and a short drive to several others. We are about 10 minutes from a Walmart Supercenter and plenty of other stores and restaurants. Starved Rock State Park is a popular place to visit.

House Rules
No parties and no smoking (vaping, any meds, and drinking are allowed in the rented bedrooms). We have shift workers, so the house has to be fairly quiet most of the time. Do not flush feminine products, wipes, or "family cloth" if you use them.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
