Beautiful Spanish Style Villa one of kind house, with classic and modern decor, landscaped with very large front and back yard lot. Front patio with seats, large private back patio which is walled, along with backyard. Directly across the street from Victory park, a popular community park for exercising and family activities. Minutes away from freeway and multiple public hospitals. 5 to 10 minute driving distance to popular Miracle Mile with many restaurants and small businesses, also 5 to 15 minutes driving to Stockton Mall, Lincoln Center shopping areas and Pacific Ave.
I will be staying in the guest room downstairs from time to time, along with my 3 year old son, and family members who come visit but usually don't stay overnight and if so I have a RV available for them to stay in the back yard.

House Rules
Hello and welcome to Casa De Linda (aka "beautiful house"), please adhere to the golden rule and all others will be much easier, treat others and you would like to be treated! Otherwise, you are welcome to the safe, comfortable, peaceful and joyful place that we make together!
- Refrigerator space is available but need to be respectful of space for everyone.
- Portable fridge available for room, should more space be needed.
- Garbage bins, including recycling, yard waste and standard garbage are available in the backyard. We recycle in the household, so do your best to follow.
-Tenants can park in the driveway, in front of the gate and behind, but must be ready to move should other tenants need to back out. Otherwise, there is plenty of street parking in front of house.
- 4 cars maximum allowed in driveway
- Property has ADT security system, with 24 hour operator monitoring and police alert, along with motion and video monitoring on all critical areas outside of home. Ring camera is also available with video monitoring and two way communication through the front door.
Smoking is not allowed indoors but patio is available in the back yard
Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself.
Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first.
Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
Please keep quiet after 10 pm.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
