We are a family of four. Husband and wife, daughter and granddaughter. We love to host guests with our hospitality motto that when you stay in our comfortable queen sized mattress suite, you should feel rested, relaxed and refreshed! Our home is located in the suburbs on a cul-de-sac in a quiet and peaceful community. We have a beautiful courtyard that guests can enjoy in the cooler evenings and mornings. Our guest suite has a private entrance, private bath and their own parking space! I am fluent in sign-language, we can speak some Spanish and English is our main language.

About the Area
We are located in beautiful Sun Lakes Community where the amenities include several pools, and golf courses, tennis and pickle ball, dance events, concerts and restaurants. We have some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets and the grounds are well-kept. Shopping, restaurants, banks and gas stations surround our community within an average of two to ten minutes. We also have a post office, UPS and just about everything for your convenience.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Please make sure and park in the designated parking spot for you on the left side of the garage in front
of the small garage door.
No pets are allowed.
You will be given your code to the keyless entry on the day of your check-in.
The information for wifi/password is on the wall as soon as you come in.
The 40 inch TV is set up for you to enjoy any of your streaming services (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc).
There is a nice supply of coffee, sugar, cream, various teas, water, both spring and sparkling water available for you.
There are several appliances that allows you to cook anything from breakfast to dinner available to you.
We ask that you only use one appliance at a time.
Any time you leave, please turn off the TV, lights, and AC. You can leave the ceiling fan running.
Please make sure you place all remotes on the table or one of the cabinets or nightstands.
Please let us know a few hours in advance when you would like to wash so we can have everything ready for you.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
