We are a family of four, my wife is a homemaker, and I am mostly on the road doing IT consulting work, we have two wonderful kids, a daughter and a son. Our house is located in beautiful Nassau County - close to all Major highways, 10 mins ride to Long Island Rail Road station - that can connect you to JFK, LGA Airports or take you to heart of the NYC. An Express train from Hicksville takes about 40 minutes to get to Penn Station in Midtown NYC. We have several phenomenal restaurants in the area - all kinds of awesome ethnic food.

About the Area
Our house is located between Long Island Expressway and Northern state Parkway - close to LIRR Train station with easy access to NYC, Brooklyn, LGA & JFK Airports.
There is also bus access near by N79 that can connect you to larger city or Long Island bus connections.
Jones Beach is 25 minutes drive away.

Guest access
Separate access door is in the rear of the house, there is a lock-box on the rear door of the house and there is a lovely common porch area. Once inside, your own private entry door is straight ahead – downstairs.
Interaction with guests
We do live in the house upstairs, and are friendly. If you need anything please text, call or knock on the door.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood.
No loud music, not a party house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
