Room available in this Eastside restored home just one block from direct city bus route to Indiana State University and Rose Hulman Engineering University, bus is free for University students. This home is always quiet and cozy and tidy. Currently there are 3 other tenants, a doctor and 2 nurses with a room available downstairs. There are tubs to put your hygiene things in the bathrooms. Each guest has a shelf invtge refrigerator and in the freezer and own kitchen cabinet. Fully furnished for your use with everything you need! You need only bring your hygiene items and clothes. Across from street from tge US post office and grocery store just blocks from many restaurants and blocks from tge bicycle trail connecting both universities. Just $600/month all included personal room in this well maintained Craftsman home. Women only, no exceptions.

This Women's Residence is on tge Eastside in a quiet neighborhood just one block from the direct city bus stop between Indiana State University and Rose Hulman Engineering University. The home currently has 3 other tenants, a doctor and two nurses and a room available for another student or professional woman, 5 bedrooms total and 2 full bathrooms with everything you need! Fully furnished for your use, you only need to bring your personal hygiene items and your clothing! House Rules
No shoes in the house, use bathroom fan while showering, no smoking indoors, take phone conversations and visitors outside or elsewhere whenever possible. Be respectful of others privacy and sleep schedules. Clean after yourself and wash and put away items after using. No food or drinks in bedrooms or outside of kitchen and dining rooms.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
