This chic, stylish avant-guard split level 3 story sanctuary of rest and relaxation is located close to everything near 15th and Peoria. 2 Bed 2.5 Bath. Fully Furnished for your successful stay! Thoughtful Touches, Extra Clean and Great Communication from a 24 year 5 Star Host. Renting 1 of the rooms, and of course you get full shared use of the common areas.

Cherry Street is an amazing area for restaurants, bars and shopping. You are also not far, 5 blks from the Tulsa Rose Gardens, 1 mile from River Parks, and 2 miles from the Brookside entertainment district further down Peoria Ave. Walk 3 blks for coffee, restaurants and great Tulsa bars and pubs.

House Rules
NO PETS ALLOWED. Quiet Hours are 10PM to 7 AM Walls are not as thick as we would like. And we have Tulsa PD living in an adjacent unit
No Parties, No Smoking, No extra guests or pets other than what's on the reservation or you will pay a fee of $500
All used sheets and used towels should be placed in the laundry hamper before leaving. Turn off A/C,Heat, Lights, Lock Door, and place Key back in Lock Box when you leave.
Early Check In 12 noon/Late Check Out 2PM May be Possible for an additional $35 fee or in exchange for a 5 star review no fee will be charged.
Pet Rules: if this property allows pets, only 1 pet allowed maximum 25 lbs. We have a "no trace left behind policy" If any trace of a pet is left on your departure we will withhold $150 for cleaning from your deposit or by your reservation you are agreeing to pay a $150 additional cleaning fee. No urine, waste, hair, shedding, scratches, or damage of any kind is allowed. All pets or bodies are to be added to the number of guests for pet rent. We only charge extra when there are more than 2 occupants including a pet staying in our properties. Please check that this property allows pets before bringing them. Most are pet friendly, but not all. Loud noises from pets or complaints of any kind about your pet from a neighbor will incur a $500 fee, similar to party or noise complaint, so please be aware of your pet waste outside if this is a townhouse or apartment property.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
