Casa Ganesha is only 9 kms center of Cologne, amid a countryside of vineyards, olive groves and large plantations.
It is a comfortable and cozy cottage, warmly run by its owners, tireless travelers. A huge woodland garden, swimming pool, incredible scenery and many activities will make your stay very pleasant. A few meters from amazing sandy beaches, which you can reach by foot or by bike, is an ideal place to relax, connect with nature and share with friends stop.
Casa Ganesha is for the traveler, a real experience in the "Uruguayan countryside" where you feel at home. Huerta, mountain, magnificent sunsets, hammocks ... Horseback riding, hiking, biking, yoga, photography, books and music ... Roasts, wines and matt ...
Our rooms are quiet, nicely decorated and comfortable and all have garden view. Living, fireplaces and a beautiful pergola gallery to enjoy the open view and starry nights. We speak English, Portuguese, Italian and Spanish and we accept all currencies.

About the Area
Only 9 km from the historic center, bus station or port after crossing a beautiful adjacent to River Plate country road, come to Casa Ganesha Cologne.
Named by locals as "El Cano", it is considered the most picturesque sub-urban area of Cologne. Thanks to the excellence of its land is ideal for growing vines such as Tannat, Cabernet Sauvignon and Muscat. Thus, producers, after the harvest, Uva move large crates to area wineries such as caluva, Cerros de San Juan and Bernardi, besides being an interesting point to visit.
It is also a favorable area for the production of olive oil (factory La Primavera), citrus, cranberries and excellent vegetables, then use in our kitchen.
Is a must go down to the nearby beaches and sandstone cliffs, Brisas del Plata and spiral staircase, look for streams and swim in a basin of warm water, plus find a pool of pure, clear water.
An attractive circuit awaits our guests for biking and walking, visit local places and admire the forest wealth of the countryside.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
