I live in an apartment that has about 30 years of construction, is in excellent condition, is on a 10th floor by elevator, with windows to the front and back, very bright and with beautiful view.
It has:
- Large living room of 15m2
- Kitchen of 18m2 with a large amount of storage space.
- The bedroom for guest use is 16m2. (the apartment is 3 bedrooms)
- Large bathroom that is shared with the family
- Laundry and outside storage.
The environment and services:
- Large interior garden with perimeter fence, green spaces and trees for common use of buildings, games for boys, football and basketball courts, and 24 hour surveillance.
- One block away, supermarket with: Butchery, Rotisserie, Bakery and Greengrocer.
- Kiosk / Stationery / Gifts.
- Pharmacy.
- Abitab.
- Banks
The apartment is five blocks from the Faculty of Medicine, Chemistry and seven blocks from the IPA. Near university ORT (Center), University of the Enterprise (Center).
12 blocks from July 18 and Rio Negro. Minutes from Ciudad Vieja, Centro and Cordón.
Excellent flow of public locomotion to a block, which connects with any point of the city, 8 blocks away is the Rio Branco Terminal and 10 minutes from the Shopping (and Bus Terminal) of Tres Cruces.
The area is quiet.

- When entering or leaving the apartment, be sure to lock the door.
- Take care of furniture, appliances and the house in general as if it were yours.
- After 10 p.m., keep the music and noise at a low level.
- Do not invite strangers to our house, if you want to invite a friend, you must tell me before.
- Parties are not allowed.
- The entry and / or use of drugs or alcohol in the apartment is prohibited.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
