An Bang Villa du Bateau is located in An Bang beach, was built on 2015, with its area 100m2 on the land area of 818m2 , almost by stone under the hands of the talented people of An Bang, with the dedication to every details of the owner, Sir Stephane. The villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, parking for motorbikes and car, offering free WiFi. You can also have a private huge space for relaxing in the garden or on the sun beach.
Imagine, after a long time working in a dusty, busy city, you want to wake up early and hear the sound of the waves hitting the white sands, listening to the birds singing outside. On the roof, the space is mild and clear, the strong sunlight shining through the fragile leaves, irrigating everything from the roof down the leaf slits, dropping drops on the terrace ...

We are in An Bang village (the dialect of "peaceful"). This is one of the last fishing villages located on the "five star" coastline linking Da Nang to Hoi An. The Hanoi people, and foreigners, loved the village and invested their efforts to survive, not being swallowed up by "five-star" investors.
We, Stephane and Tin, once had a chance to travel through An Bang 3 years ago and feel so overwhelmed by this idyllic village, so we decided to buy land and build our own house to stay, write books-stories and create art. The house was built with our enthusiasm and the hands of talented craftsmen here. We affectionately call the name of our house Stone Villa because it is probably the first villa, and may be the only stone built in this village. We have tried to re-use the old boat unused villagers for decorative purposes and use in this villa

About the Area
Just a few steps away, you can get to the beach, rent 2 chairs + umbrella at the beach about 2$ and unlimited time.
You can visit Hoi An Ancient Town, Tra Que Vegetable Village, Kim Bai Carpentry Village, Thanh Ha Pottery Village ... by bike (the most popular as you will have free bicycles), motorbikes at a price $ 5 / day (you buy gasoline yourself), Taxi watches available at about $ 0.5 / km. There are also many tours of the day to Cu Lao Cham, My Son Holy land, Marble Mountain, participate in cooking classes in the coconut village Cam Thanh, take a boat on the Thu Bon River, you can buy these tours at tourist information counters, or we can book tours for you
Another thing, You can cook yourself after buying food at An Bang market (The market close at 9am daily and only 10 minutes walk from Stone Villa). You can go to the market yourself to see the daily life of the people here, or you can call us to the market for you, the price of some basic food listed in the attached for your reference.

House Rules
To ensure the cleanliness, we will carry out daily housekeeping in the time frame from 9: 30am-11: 30am. If you do not want to bother, just text / call us. All blankets, pillows, bed sheets, towels, bathrobes will be replaced after 3 days, if you need to change more soon, please let us know.
We have to take care of our garden daily, but we will choose the time you go out, or the day to ensure your privacy.
We have watchman and this is a peaceful and peaceful village, but please remember to lock the doors when you are out
We arrange the smoking area on the back porch, you can walk through the garden, or through the back door of the bathroom. Our trees are everywhere, and you, basically, can smoke anywhere, but we think this is the best place.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
