Our house is located in the northwest of the capital Hanoi in quiet place, safe and convenient, cheap, you should stay at our house. My house was built in 2012 so it is very new. It is fully equipped for living. Currently there is only my husband and I live here.
We have 3 bedrooms for rent. All rooms have doublebeds, sheets, blankets, pillows, mattresses springs, air conditioning,TV, moderm wifi, wardrobe, desk chair, desk lamp, mirror for makeup, electric fans, toilet exclusive - all the furniture is new, with windows overlooking the street very airy, sun light. These rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor.
Especially, all the windows inside our house are mosquito nets so you do not worry about fever and dengue fever. These diseases cause mosquito bites. You know, in Hanoi there are very few families with mosquito nets.
My neighborhood live in harmony, good security, quiet, high population and very friendly. Our house is very close to the National Convention Center, go to Temple of Literature is the first university of Vietnam and Vietnamese museum of Ethnology about 3-4km. Our home is also very close to major universities such as the University of Foreign Trade, Diplomatic Academy, University of Transportation, University of Education, the University of Foreign Languages, and University of Medicine. From my house only the old squatter at Hanoi takes bus No. 09 about 18-20 minutes to arrive.The bus stop at Lang Street is only 10 minutes walk from my house and there are lots of bus options using this. We can talk to guests by English. If the guest to stay in my house, we will be happy and learn more about the culture and people of your country and you also learn more about Hanoi, history and culture of Vietnam through us.
We guide you to visit famous places in Hanoi by the pictures and diagrams directions, bus routes to travel, historical places you need to visit. So you will save time and money to travel in Hanoi.
This area is full of trendy cafes, bar, fashion shops and restaurants. Walk a few minutes you will be Vu Pham Ham, Trung Hoa and Tran Duy Hung Street will have a lot of Korean, Vietnamese, Thai Land, Japan and American, Japanese and Chinese restaurants depending on your choice and affordable prices are not expensive compared to the old squatter of Hanoi.
-Promotion: 5% discount on Sunday, down 6% of the total amount if Guest stay in room is 1 month and 2 weeks.
- Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 50% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% deposit is paid to Homestay.com).
- Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.
-Rules host: 1.You should put your money, passports, valuables and important documents to your wardrobe and locked. When you leaving the room. 2. You should turn off the lights, air conditioners, televisions and appliances from the power source for precaution against fire or explode. When you leaving the room. Do not take strangers or friends to the bedroom, seating in the living room of the host. 4. We do not allow children under the age of 14 at our home.
-Regulations: If 1 person is $9,3/room/night(including light breakfast), if two people are $11/room/night (for extra cost of electricity, breakfast, water and personal items such as towels, bath towels,mineral water, etc.). If guests want to cook will pay an additional $ 2-3/day depending on the cooking time for extra power, water and other costs for cooking.We do not bear any costs through banks when customers transfer money to rent the rooms of our house.
Note: Guests wishing to register in our house to have photos posted. Guests must pay the total amount of rent when they book a room, or to negotiate with the landlord to pay the total amount of rent in cash before check in 10 minutes.

    Thanh and her husband were both very kind, warm and generous hosts. We felt very welcome as they always offered help and advice. A peaceful, quiet house and simple rooms. The breakfasts were also very wholesome. Would highly recommend.

    I spend a couple of months in the homestay. The house is clean and tidy, located in a nice quarter. The owner was very helpful and nice. I enjoyed my stay there. Thank you.

    Thanh and her husband were lovely hosts. Thanh told lots of great stories and gave good advice about how to explore the city. They provided a delicious variety of Vietnamese breakfasts and fruits. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay at their home!

    This is the best homestay ever and they are the most helpful people I have ever seen. I found myself a home away from home and loved the experience so much. Ms. Thanh well educated but very humble and helpful. I recommend this homestay host if home us what you are looking for in Hanoi.....a million stars for them....

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
