Need a break from the city? Come and stay as locals with my family and farm. Not only accommodate guests, we're also pleased to introduce our neighbors hood, how we live, how we work. Staying at COCO HAPPY FARM is completely different experience with any other homestays which travel agencies can introduce to you, my farm is not in tourist area but not so far from the city center. Public bus from Saigon can drop you near my homestay ( 3km , then I will pick you up by scooter)

About the Area
You are staying in a small house inside huge coconut farm, and different plantations: banana, mangosteen, guava, etc . Guest have small private room and we share many spacious common areas, We treat our guest like a friend , it means you do it yourself your cooking, washing . You can help us with gardening if you want , and we very happy to invite you fresh fruits from our 3 hecta farm .

The house has 4 bedrooms, but large common area & kitchen, 2 room is always occupied by my family, 2 spared rooms for you to choose. And you have access to every part of the house and farm.

During your stay : We are Thuan and Tien ( husband and wife) , we both like meeting people. sharing cooking recipes, and cycling. etc . We will respect your privacy .

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
