We have 2 private rooms in 3 bedrooms apartment. Location is in the center of city, have nice view (lake view, sunrise), enough comforts and services you need with the super friendly host.
Room is about 12m2 and 14m2 in apartment on 14th floor, clean and quiet.
Have nice view to the sea, Thi Nai lake and city.
Open living room, kitchen & dining area.

About the Area
Located in Quy Nhon City Center, is a good choice for travelers and is in a quiet, local neighborhood with a nice panoramic view of the city. Here, you will be able to experience Vietnamese life from inside. It's about 10 minute walk to the central market where you can try to go shopping, 15 minute walk or 5 minute by bicycle to the beach. 10 minute by bicycle to the new square.
•Guests can get to my place with some option:
- from the airport (31km): by taxi (150.000vnd – 200.000vnd), by shuttle bus to Quy Nhon city (50.000vnd) then taxi to NNC home (15.000vnd)
- From Dieu Tri train station (11km): by taxi (150.000vnd), by motorbike taxi drivers (50.000vnd - 70.000vnd)
- From Quy Nhon train station (1,5km): by taxi (15.000vnd)
- From Quy Nhon Bus station (5km): by taxi (80.000vnd), by motorbike taxi drivers (40.000vnd)
•From here, there're easy and fast to reach and around Quy Nhon like Quy Nhon beach, Cham Towers, Twin towers,
Queen beach, Han Mac Tu… by bicycle, motorbike or cheap taxi. (Taxi is always available in front gate)
•We have bicycle, motorbike for rent with very cheap price.
•5 minute to get local bus stop to travel some districts, towns of Binh Dinh like Tay Son (Tay Son museum, martial arts village), Dap Da (horse carriage tour to many traditional villages, relics…), ….

- We respect your right to smoke and we love animals, however, for the comfort of all guests, this property is strictly no-smoking and no pets. Thank you for your understanding.
- Guests are required to behave in a sensible manner and to keep any noise to a low level between the hours of 10:30pm and 6:30am every night of the year.
- Laundry: washing machine available, hanging dry in the yard
- Cooking: you are welcome to use the kitchen to cook. Clear everything after use
- To save the environment, please turn off the lights and AC when you leave your room

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
