About the Homestay
I CAN WELCOME UP TO 4 PEOPLE BECAUSE WE HAVE 2 BEDROOMS THAT HAVE 2 DOUBLE BEDS IN ADDITION, I LIVE WITH MY FRIEND, MY 2 CHILDREN OF 23 AND 19 YEARS STUDENTS EVERY 2, I AM NURSING
WIFI by fiber, TV in a room, computers available
I wish autonomous people, so major and autonomous, by cons we will be very available to guide them in their journeys or outings
You can share all our meals, the simple coffee breakfast is free! 4th for breakfast per person if it is complete (toast, nutella, cereals, orange juice, toast, butter, jam, yoghurt ...a choice ! , and 7th a day for family evening meal the evening that I prepare,
the apartment is fully equipped if the guests want to cook themselves
sometimes my 2 big twins of 26 years come to dine with us :-) MY CHILDREN SPEAK ALL VERY WELL ENGLISH me English daily,
one of my sons is in charge of an ERASMUS student association, and can help to direct your outings and leisures, and propose you also outings

We are located 3 minutes from the city center and there is a commercial area of 200 stores 1 minute from the house, all transport from the foot of the residence

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
