About the Homestay
Both me & my wife speak English, we can meet you by car if needed, we live very close to the centre. We live in a three room apartment. The room for our guests is far away from our bedroom and the dining room so you get an easy access to wc, bathroom and kitchen. They will be first on your way and our part is behind. We just finnished renovation in 2016 so almost everything is new in the appartment. I say "almost" because we like various vintage things that we use for decoration or even everyday life. We have a whippet dog at home. He is very nice, polite and calm. Very friendly and easy-going. We keep everything clean and tidy, we do not smoke, drink dry red wine ocassionally, do not watch tv. In winter it is very warm in the flat. The new windows keep the warmth of central heating system. Breakfast is included and you can also ask for a dinner though a good restaurant is across the street. The room we provide has a double bed, table and computer chair, chest-of-drawers, wadrobe. We have a wi-fi at home. The fridge is 3 steps away from you room and there is always a place if you need. The washing machine is in the kitchen, you can use it as well. The WC is next door to the bathroom.

About the Area
Our house is located in the East side of the city in a quiet and safe area. We are 2 kms from the city centre and 30 minutes drive from the airport. The bus stop is only 1 minute walk from the house and there are lots of bus options using this stop. The nearest metro station Novocherkasskaya is only 7 minutes walking.
My neighborhood is behind Nevskiy on the other side of the Neva river. The house itself stands on the corner of Zanevskiy prospect and Historical river the Okkerville where the Swedish villages were located before St.Petersburg was founded.
3 minutes walk from the house is the biggest in the city "OK" supermarket you can by absolutely everything there!
And we are very close to the historical centre. Just one metro stop and you are on Nevskiy prospect!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
