How do I know if my reservation has been accepted?

The status of your booking request will turn to Accepted when the host confirms their availability, and we'll let you know once the host accepts.

If the host suits you and your needs, click on the ‘Book Now’ button, fill in your details and pay the online service fee to secure the booking.

If the host has accepted your request but you want to ask them more questions before booking, click ‘Reply’ in the email or SMS notification to send another message back.
