Professionista italiano single 59enne, affitta solo per la notte come B&B una camera doppia uso singola con bagno balcone privato per fumatori all'interno di un appartamento privato con altri locali riservati al proprietario. è compresa la colazione, il wi-fi, e il servizio taxi privato alla metropolitana linea rossa "Villa S.G." con auto propria all'arrivo. Sotto casa c'è il bus ATM (mezzi pubblici milanesi) numero 56 per piazzale Loreto-centro citta', e connessione con metro linea rossa e verde. Si accede alla camera dalle ore 19,00 alle ore 23,00 e si esce entro le ore 10,00 del giorno successivo dopo colazione servita in camera. E possibile depositare il bagaglio all'arrivo prima del Check-in !

The double room for single use ONLY FOR THE NIGHT, is located in a private apartment with another room for the owner with a shared bathroom.
The times are those typical of a B & B and compatible with the typical dynamism of the city of Milan, so access to the room is scheduled from 19.00 and exit within 9.30 am the following day after a typical Italian breakfast, to allow the cleaning of the premises. At the time of the exit it is forbidden to lock the room to allow domestic cleaning and any security checks by the owner. Use of the kitchen is not allowed. Available free private taxi service with own car for the arrival and departure of the guest to the red line underground: "Villa San Giovanni" to reach any destination.
The payment of the room is made upon arrival and in cash.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
