This is an amazing location if you want to stay in central LA close to DTLA, Hollywood, Silver Lake, and Echo Park!
The apartment consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms with an open floor plan and a porch you can go on to relax and unwind after a long day. I am an English teacher who loves to hike, cook, and paint. I would love to host you and show you around Los Angeles if you're interested. The apartment is located two blocks away from the train and other public transportation. I also have a parking spot you can use if you have a car. There are a lot of things to do in my neighborhood like eating great food, entertainment, and shopping to choose from. Your room will have a full-sized bed, a walk-in closet, a desk, and a chair with a private bathroom attached. The laundry is on-site.
This also includes fresh sheets, towels, and other essentials like shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. You have full use of the kitchen provided that you clean up after yourself.
I love to meet people from all over the world and show them this amazing city.
PAYMENT: must pre-pay at least a week prior to your arrival to secure your reservation. I will send you a payment request via PayPal/Payoneer.
You may also pay cash on the first day of arrival but you need to ASSURE me that you are showing up.

About the Area
My apartment is located in the heart of Korea-town which is close to almost everything in central LA!
It is a very walking-friendly neighborhood with restaurants and shops all around.
The train is two blocks away and can easily get you to DTLA, Hollywood, Santa Monica and more. The bus line is also super convenient and goes across most of LA. If you have a car the major highways and streets are very close by.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
