How to Synchronise my Homestay Calendar with the Airbnb Calendar

There are two main ways to sync your calendar with AirBnb:

1. “Export Calendar”

   Exports Homestay bookings and blocks dates in AirBnb calendar

2. “Import Calendar” 

   Imports AirBnb bookings and blocks dates in Homestay calendar

Which one you use depends on you specific usage of Homestay and AirBnb.

For example if you receive most bookings through AirBnb and you want to make sure you don’t get requests on Homestay.com for those dates, you should use the “Import Calendar” feature.

If you receive bookings on Homestay and want to block the AirBnb for those dates, you should use the “Export Calendar” feature.

You can setup both Export and Import calendars at the same time, to have a full two-way synchronization process, but you will have to follow the two setup procedures individually.
