I stayed in Sarah´s and Mel´s house for six weeks from the beginning of June 2018.
I had a very good time in Dublin. Sarah and Mel are very great hosts. They have made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Both were very helpful and caring.
Sarah drove me also my on my first day to the supermarket.
The house is modern and clean and you have the opportunity to use the kitchen and to wash your laundry whenever you want. I enjoyed the time in my little room which was very nice and cozy.
They have a dog and her name ist fizz. I already miss her :)
I can definitely recommend a Homestay at their House. Thank you for everthing!!!

The best hosts and dog❤️❤️
I stayed at Sarah's and Mel's house for seven weeks. Sarah agreed very spontaneously because I was already in Dublin for a business trip and needed a host family for the next day. That was really nice of her! The day I arrived she showed me all the bus stops and helped me to look up how to get to work the fastest. The house is very clean and modern and you have the possibility to wash your laundry whenever you want. By bus you get to the city centre in 20 minutes. They also have a lovely dog who's name is Fizz (I already miss her :p ). Sarah and Mel are really nice and made me feel very comfortable at their home. We also did some things together in our free time which I really appreciated. They also took me with them to Tesco or Aldi when I needed something. On the day of my departure they drove me to the airport as I had two heavy suitcases to carry with me. I am very thankful for this experience and would definitely recommend a homestay at their house! Thank you!
I had a really good time there. It is a good area with a good bus connection to the city centre. Sarah and Mel are very nice ladies and they can help a lot and also a lovely dog is there.
I didn't stay very long at Sarah's place but I can definitely recommend it to anyone who's coming to Dublin for a short or long term. She and Mel were very welcoming and made me feel like home as soon as I arrived. Mel took me to the Tesco express quickly after I arrived so that I could buy some essentials I had forgotten at home.
Unfortunately I had to leave earlier than expected and Sarah offered her help and called a taxi for me.
Thank you Mel and Sarah for a very warm welcome.
Whether you're visiting for the fist time, or you're a frequent Dublin visitor I would definitley recommend that you stay at Sarah's homestay.
Sarah and Mel have made me feel welcomed and comfortable over my seven nights stay in this modern beautiful house.
House is equipped with top notch, state of the art kitchen which I was welcomed to use, there's a large living area with big screen tv and a really nice terrace where you can sit and relax.
My room was nice and comfy, neighborhood is pretty quite so you can enjoy your sleep.
Both Sarah and Mel are great hosts, they drove me to the shop, gave me all the information I needed, and we even visited Killiney hill park together which was a really nice experience.
They're both helpful and mindful of the guest's privacy, so you will have all that you need if you decide to stay in this homestay.
I have to also mention forever playful and friendly female dog Fizz which is lovely just like her owners.
Sarah is a great host, who truly makes you feel at home and welcomes you with an open heart. I stayed at her place for 3 nights and had a very nice and mordern room to myself. Sarah was wonderful, by just letting me be part of her home and feel free to help myself in the kitchen or household and even asked to include my wishes when going to the shops. It was nice to know, that I could always ask her for good places to go to and when being out late, she'd make sure to keep in touch and even offered to pick me up or drove me to town.
Her home is in a brand new estate and the busstation is about 8 min away. By bus it takes about 25 min to the city center and by car not longer than 10 to 15 min, depending on the traffic.
I can definitely recommend a stay at her place! You will enjoy a beautiful home with a wonderful and caring host, that will give you the help to move around or leave you to yourself, when you wish to. Thank you so much for everything and for giving me a feeling of being at home, in dublin.
