Music-loving house !!! I have always hosted guests because I love meeting new people.
I am a primary school teacher.
I am also a pianist! My home is ideal for the guest who wants independence but not anonymity!
You will feel right at home here.

About the Area
Sutton lawns is located just off the coast road on the way to the beautiful fishing village of Howth. In the immediate area we have plenty of shops and schools .
It is in the unique position of been easy accessible to the centre of Dublin City by DART which is a twenty minute journey south bound and we are 10 minutes from Howth . We also have the Bus route to both these places

Please keep my home secure and lock the front door when leaving the house.
Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you.
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after!
Keep noise to a minimum after midnight, please
Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree on it with me in advance
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!

Ann is great!! She made me feel so much at home I didn't want to leave at all! The neigbourhood is quiet and beautiful and so is the house! :) The rooms are bright and welcoming, Ann is there when you feel like a chat, and always there for a laugh to make the day worthwile!

I stayed with Ann during my semester abroad, it was wonderful. She is kind, caring and always has great tips on what to do or what to see. I really enjoyed staying with her and felt at home when I was there. The room is comfortable and the location is great, close to the coast and only a five minute walking distance to the bus stop into town. I would definitely recommend staying with Ann :)

Ann is the best host ever. She is a lovely lady who plays the piano wonderfully. Besides, she is completely energetic and cultured person. You will enjoy being with her. I love her and I want to go back to her home thousands of times. Visit her and you will see! Gabriela from CHILE

I stayed 3 months at Ann's place, during my internship in Dublin. I loved staying with Ann. She is kind, lovely and loves to help out or give any kind of advice. She really made this my home away from home. Would recommend it to anybody.

Definitely a place to try. Ann is unique and lovely. A super host who has become a friend for me. I felt like home. Perfect location to explore the areas, near to the city with the calm of the suburb. And the double room is sooooo comfortable, trust me you want to pay the extra if it's still available ;-)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
