Cassandra is an elegant Irish lady with rich life experiences and stories, thoughtful and cheerful, I do enjoy talking with her. The house is lovely, cosy, quiet and clean, the decoration gives an artistic air to the rooms. Most recommended!
It was such an honor for me to stay her house. It’s a shame to leave her house but we know it’s not our end. The house was so great and cozy that I can feel it as my home. Especially the bed and duvet were so good that I really want to buy one. And the location is so accessible to city center cuz just in front of the house, there is a bus stop so I could use it easily. And she was always good at to me. I think we spent our time together a lot. Having gone to watch plays, met her friends together, watched movies and drama and walked around the park are the impressive memory to me. And especially the meals made by her were so good. Every morning, she made me a great breakfast. And I ate dinner with her a lot, which was so good to me. That was my first experience to have ever tried the Irish meal. I really enjoyed her cooking style and the taste. She let me know how to make the meal and which seasoning she used. I think I’m often gonna make it a lot cuz it’s tasty and simple. And she helped me a lot to find my next staying.
I think it’s really important to meet good people in living a life and I could do that through Cassandra. I was new to Dublin so it was nervous and sometimes scary. But she made me not to feel like that. Thanks to her, I could feel dublin as a comffy and peaceful place. She treated me as a friend, not just only as a guest. I’m really grateful for that. Thank you for making me feel it as my first home in Dublin. I really appreciate it.
I'll try to be short. If you are looking for a room, look no further. Stayed for a month. So glad that I chose this homestay. Cassandra, always kind and cheerful, speaks lovely British accent. Very eloquent, was pleasure to talk with her. Helped me with everything. Showed me village, bus routes, shops etc. Her place is warm and tidy, surrounded with trees, bushes and flowers, felt like home after a week. Had a really great time there!
I stayed with Cassandra for 2 days. She is kind and very helpful in that she helped me find my way around the local area and the local Bus Dublin info.
She is very friendly, we had great conversations. Her house is clean and tidy and has a good feel to it. I had no problems sleeping there. I highly recommend her.
Homestay Rocks! At least it does at Cassandra's abode. I arrived at her beautiful home pretty exhausted with a full-on five days of work ahead. It was so lovely to return every evening to this gorgeous, calm, comfortable place. Cassandra is wonderful, so kind and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay- it far exceeded my expectations- and I intend on booking again should there be any availability! Thank you Cassandra
Really Nice Journey.
Cassandra is perfect !
I visited Cassandra for only one day and I have to say, that it seems to be my second home. Cassandra is a very helpful, friendly and interesting person. She answers to all my questions and there was no reason for me to be shy towards her. We understood each other very brilliant!
We witnessed all imaginable things in one day, which I will keep in memory and for which I'm very grateful. I can only recommend to stay with her and I will definetly book further times if I could. Thanks for everything Cassandra and stay the way you are!!!
It's such a shame that I left her house. Lucan is totally peaceful and great area. It has several beautiful parks and quite big shopping center. It is also safe village unless you won't go out at night.
Cassandra is so thoughtful and friendly that I can feel comfortable during whole days. Her breakfast is awesome; she is trying to fit your culture and style. She is always trying to make the house tidy. Sometimes she offered tea and snacks then we could have a chat. She has told me interesting or impressive stories whenever we were having a meal or tea. Besides she guides around village and great place to explore. I could have a great Dublin tour with her tips and explanations.
While I was staying in her house, I lost my purse in the bus. Then as soon as she got my SOS, she really helped me to find my thing. Fortunately, I could get back the purse from bus garage thankful for her. We had a great time having some drinks after I found out it!
When I left her house, she didn't forget to see me off and say good-bye. I was so moved and felt happy. I will not forget several presents that she gave me (Thank you!) and memories :)
I felt a warm and kindness of Irish from her.
I want to keep in touch with her even if I go back my country. And I'm going to miss her house not only because It's my first Irish house but also because she is sincerely nice lady.
The bottom line is, I DO RECOMMEND this room!!
I would greatly recommend that anybody wishing to stay in Dublin for a time, that they book their stay with Cassandra. She is a very cheerful person and gives a warm welcome on arrival. Her home is very cozy and I found it very easy to relax there and have a chat...
I have spent 3 nights at Cassandra's for the St Patrick WE.
Cassandra is a very nice and welcoming person.
She pays attention to all your needs (even those you did not express yet...), does her best to make you feel at ease and is always open to talk.
She is a wonderful host and as a guest, it is so appreciable.
Her apartment is located close to Lucan, a small village located at 30 min from Dublin city by bus. The bus stop is very close. You just have to cross the road.
The room is very confortable and nicely decorated, with a view to the garden.
The breakfast is excellent and very healthy.
Cassandra loves her guests and if you like long discussions around a nice cup of tea, this is the place to be !
Thanks Cassandra for the nice WE I have spent in your sweet home.
See you very soon, I hope.
