About the Homestay
Myself and my partner live together in a quiet estate on the south side of Dublin with our 3 year old labradoodle who is so friendly and loves meeting new people. We are friendly, helpful, approachable and outgoing and are open for short or long term stays. We both work from home most days of the week and are more than happy to provide support and advice on how to get about Dublin, recommend best spots for food, sightseeing etc. should you want it. Guests can make use of our kitchen and laundry facilities whilst staying with us and will have their own space in the fridge and presses.

About the Area
Our house is located about ten minute walk from The Square shopping Centre on the south side of Dublin. Here you will find many shops, restaurants, takeaways and bars along with multiple bus routes that can take you all over Dublin and a local library. The red line Luas stop also starts here. We have 3 additional bus routes which are on our door step that all go directly to the city center. One of these services is a night bus service should you ever be leaving town later than 11.30pm. It drops you directly across the road from our house. We live in a safe and quiet estate which has a small complex across the road where you will find a Supervalu, Doctors, Pharmacy and a post office. Lidl is a further 5 minutes from here. There is a park nearby if your looking to get those steps in , and many coffee shops.

I had a really great stay, the hosts are very welcoming and friendly and helped me out whenever I had any questions. You still have your privacy in your room and the hosts do not just come into your room. I would definitely recommend the rooms.
David and Stephanie are absolutely wonderful people!George is a bonus!!!!They were so kind, helpful and caring with my daughter who went for her studies abroad.I would definitely recommend their homestay and i would gladly stay there again....thank u Stephanie and David!
I had the most wonderful experience while staying with David and Steph. I was there for a little over a month and they were so kind, welcoming, and helped me feel right at home; not to mention their dog George is the sweetest guy ever! David and Steph were so helpful and just so nice, I could not have asked for better. The room was clean and comfortable and I had access to everything I could possibly want or need while staying. The location was amazing, with grocery shops and all kinds of stores close by as well as a wide range of busses which gave me easy access to city center. I really loved the room, the area, the people, and, of course, George. I would highly recommend staying here and would absolutely love to come back some day:)
Dave and Steph are incredibly welcoming! I stayed with them for three months and it really was a home away from home. They are always up for a chat and they recommended me lots of places to visit in Ireland. I couldn't have hoped for a better host family! And George is a really kind dog.
The bedroom is spacious and there is everything you need in the kitchen. There are lots of buses that go to the city centre ; the location is really good.
They were the friendliest and most helpful family I have met during my time in Dublin. I had a great 4 months. The room is quite comfortable and spacious. The family is very helpful and talkative.
Steph and David are the most incredible people I met. They are always here to help you, to give you advice, to search for something for you, ...
Their dog, George, is really lovely.
My room was spacious and comfortable.
If you look for accommodation, I recommend that place!
I need a clean and quiet place to stay. This place could fit only one criteria. So, I had to move out after 3 nights of staying there. Bank transfer was accepted.
David is friendly. Offered me tea and also gave me a flask for storing drinking water at night. Their dog is actually really quiet and friendly. He is pretty big so got somewhat scared at first. He is smart and can open doors though. Came into my room while I was working. The view from the room is beautiful.
They're an amazing couple, very welcoming, polite and gentle. Steph always asked me how was my day or if I needed something.
I recommend this homestay, because the room was just as the pictures, the bed is very comfortable and the desk in the room is very necessary specially if you are student.
